Dragn Yore Group Tension Fabric Light Box overall fire performance conforms to GB 1. Adhering to the Class A standard of 8624-2012, all materials meet the Class B1 flame retardant requirements, ensuring safe and reliable use in densely populated areas such as airports, subways, and shopping malls.
2. High-strength Aluminum Profile Structure: Utilizing 6063-T5 grade aluminum alloy profiles, with a tensile strength ≥160MPa and elongation ≥8%, the profile surface is free of defects such as cracks, peeling, and corrosion. The longitudinal extrusion indentation depth is controlled within 0.05mm, resulting in a robust and durable structure.
3. Fluorocarbon Coating Four-Coat Two-Bake Process: The surface fluorocarbon coating has an average thickness ≥65μm and a minimum local thickness ≥60μm. Processed using a four-coat two-bake process, it possesses excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring no fading or chalking even after long-term outdoor use.
4. Outdoor-Grade Knife-Coated Fabric Graphics: The graphics are made of high-quality knife-coated fabric, possessing excellent properties such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and extreme cold resistance, adapting to various harsh outdoor environments.
5. Modular LED Light Source: The modular design of the LED light source ensures high versatility. Maintenance personnel can quickly replace the light source or driver power supply using common tools such as screwdrivers, needle-nose pliers, and wire strippers, significantly reducing future maintenance costs.
6. Intelligent Management System: The system features backend data statistics, recording the time of failure, repair time, and replacement of spare parts for LED light sources, driver power supplies, etc., and automatically generating data reports. It supports remote adjustment of lightbox brightness and control of power on/off functions, allowing real-time setting of lighting times. Built-in temperature and smoke sensors automatically cut off power and trigger a real-time backend alarm when the internal temperature of the lightbox is too high or smoke is generated.
